Every piece of Elysian Collection is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase subject to normal conditions of “wear and tear”.
All our contemporary jewellery collections are hand-crafted using sterling silver & 18ct gold vermeil plating, whilst our fashion fine collections use the finest quality 14ct solid gold.
We are obsessed with colored gemstones and intricate diamond pavé which is why you will find them across all our collections. As gemstones are a natural phenomenon, their color and composition may vary.
Gold vermeil plated pieces will eventually fade with time. The nature of how the piece is worn and cared for can significantly affect the speed of fading. Vermeil re-plating is not included in your warranty due to the delicate nature of some gemstones, although we do offer re-plating and polishing service on selected styles.
Hand-woven bracelets and enamel jewellery is incredibly heat sensitive and cannot be re-plated
Repairs
Every piece of ELYSIAN jewellery is guaranteed to last a lifetime, under normal conditions. Even the finest jewellery requires a little extra attention with the past of time. Gold plated pieces will eventually fade with time. The circumstances under which a piece of jewel is worn and cared for can significantly affect the stages of fading.
However, if your ELYSIAN jewel requires a repair and the jewellery is not entirely damaged, then you can simply download our repairs form and follow the instructions. We offer a free repair service, in which you will be charged only for the shipping costs. Once we receive it, we will repair it and ship it back to you for free.
